What is Reverse Discrimination?

While a majority of discrimination laws are designed to help protect minorities in the workplace, there are times where the larger group of people (primarily caucasian men) are targeted and experience discrimination.

Common examples of reverse discrimination:

  • Hiring bias of non-caucasians and women
  • Firing of employees that are caucasian and/or men
  • Not hiring employees under 40
